Description
The nose is redolent of nettle, lightly mown grass and ripe gooseberries. The palate is zesty with the characters on the nose filtering through in to what is a classic dry white wine style, made famous in Western Australia. There is a certain enticing minerality to this year’s wine. SSB by any measure is best drunk whilst young and fresh. Serve well chilled and match with all manner of seafood.
