Our Gewurztraminer is crafted ina off dry style, offering a subtle sweetness balanced by crisp acidity and vibrant varietal character. The nose delivers exotic layers of mango, peach and appricot preserves, rose water, candied ginger and a touch of warm cinnamon spice. On the palate, a delicate sweetness off sets richly nuanced notes of cobbler peaches, orange zest and pineapple upside-down cake, a medly framed by subtly savoury notes of caramalised apples, cashwenuts and pastry.
